| The society is established for charitable purpose for the benefit of all persons irrespective of caste, colour, religion, language or any other denomination. The objectives of the Society shall be:- |

To promote among the members interest in Literacy cultural, Art, Sports and other recreational activities. |

To foster health consciousness and spread knowledge of health and hygiene among the masses so that they are able to have healthier lives. |

To offer and to provide relief to the needy and affilicted persons particularly in areas affected by natural calamities and disasters. |

To establish, acquire, maintain and or aid dispensaries, hospitals, maternity homes and centres for family welfare, child care, Rural hygienes Research, Nurses training, Technicians training, pathology laboratory and Blood Banks as well as rest homes - sanctoria and Gymnasia etc. |

To establish, acquire and maintain Schools, Colleges, Libraries, Hostels, Research centres etc., with a view to the advancement of education and qualification. |

To establish, promote and give scholarships, loans, grants, accommodation facilities etc. and/or to provide help to persons seeking to pursue further studies and/or Reserach in various field education or any other subjects. |

To organise Seminars, Conferences, Conventions etc., with a view to promote the study of Sanskrit and other classical languages and the study of the ancient Indian classics and to conduct Research therein. |

To publish and /or help in publication and circulation of Newspaper, Books, Journals, Bulletins, Pamphlets etc. |

To provide for the poor and/or the backward, medical relief, education and advancement of any other objects of general public utility. |

To tender medical aid to the deserving, organise and open medical camps, dispensaries and ambulance service. |

To award prizes for meritorious and deserving students and award prizes for outstanding literary or Scientific work and inventions. |

To Acquire both movable and immovable property for any one or more of the specified objects of the Society. |

To alter, improve, demolish and construct buildings and super structures on immovable property belonging to the society. |

To lease or let or sub-let, mortgage, sell or dispose of any property or any part thereof for conduct of the objects for the Society. |

To borrow or raise money for the purpose of the Society on such terms and conditions and on such securities as may be decided by the society. |

As auxiliary to the publication and training sections of the Society to open printing presses, book binding, Needle class, and workshops etc. |

To obtain any licences, permissions or sanctions as may be found necessary or advisable for any of the works institutions or activities of the society and also to obtain any exemptions from any taxes or any general legal provisions. |

To start agency for helping the poor and needy to find employment in other concerns or self-employment or to help to start small cottage industries. |
| 19 |
To do all such things, acts and deeds that may be incidental, necessary or conduceive for the achieving of the aims and objects of the society. |
